What accuracy can I actually expect?

1-2 cm horizontal accuracy when your drone achieves RTK FIX status, which typically happens within 10-30 seconds of connecting. Our auto-routing always selects the nearest base station (usually within 35 km) to maximize accuracy. If conditions degrade, our system automatically fails over to the next-best station in under 1 second.

Is my data secure? Where is it stored?

RTKdata only transmits correction data to your drone — we never see, store, or process your flight data, imagery, or survey results. All connections are encrypted via TLS. Our infrastructure is hosted on ISO 27001-certified data centers in Germany and the US. We are fully GDPR-compliant.

Do you offer team or multi-user plans?
